1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them without any charges.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at info@weaversrug.com or call +91 8874999897 with your order number.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of use

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Customized or made-to-order rugs
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

• Email us at info@weaversrug.com within 7 days of receiving your order

• Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (in case of defective/damaged product)

Once approved:

• We will provide return instructions
• After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund will be processed

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval and inspection
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• For Razorpay transactions, refunds will be processed securely via their payment gateway
• Please note: Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control

5. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
• Exception: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return cost
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos via email

• We will offer:

  • Full refund (as applicable)
