    Cancellation & Refund Policy


    Effective Date: 03/04/2025


    At Weavers Rug, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers.

    1. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them without any charges.
    • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@weaversrug.com or call +917991732058 with your order number.
    • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

    2. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are only applicable if requested before 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
      • Unused and in its original packaging
      • Free from any damage, stains, or signs of use
    • Refunds will not be issued for:
      • Customized or made-to-order rugs
      • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
      • Products that show signs of use or are not in their original condition

    3. How to Request a Refund


    To initiate a refund:

    1. Email us at gauravrai2783@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
    2. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos of the product (if defective or damaged).
    3. Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions.
    4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

    4. Refund Timeline

    • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • If the payment was made via Razorpay, the refund will be processed securely through their gateway.

    5. Return Shipping

    • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending returns.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items


    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
